If you want to change your BSNL broadband plan, you need to sign-up for the BSNL Self Care portal. You can easily sign-up by giving your information such as name, email ID, and mobile number. After the completion of the sign-up process, you have to follow the below steps following steps to change the BSNL broadband plan online.

Step 1: First, you have to visit the BSNL official Self Care portal on your device.
Step 2: Next, You have to log in with your Username and Password and captcha verification.
Step 3: After the completion of the Login process, you have to hit the click on ‘Billing Account Number’ on the next page.
Step 4: Now, you should see your billing profile on the left-hand side of your screen and then hit the “Modify Services” option on the screen.

Step 6: Now, you will be seeing the 3 new tabs on the screen such as Declaration, Service Type, Select Plan, and Confirmation.

Step 8: In the Service Type section, you have to choose your Bharat Fiber (FTTH), landline number, and broadband service from the drop-down list and then hit the Next button on your screen.
Step 9: In the Select Plan section, you will see all available plans for your number along with the currently subscribed tariff plan.
Step 10: You have to select the new internet plan, which you are required to migrate from the list of existing plans shown. 
Step 11: You can select the best plans of your choice from the list that appear on the screen.
Step 12: Once you select the plan, you can see a small window on the screen containing monthly, half-yearly, yearly, two-year and three-year charges for the selected plan.
Step 13: After that, you have to hit the “Add this plan” button at the bottom of that page.
Step 14: Now, your existing plan and the new plan selected will be displayed in the confirmation window. 
Step 15: Once you verify your plan name, you have to hit the “Submit Change” option. 

After the completion of the above process, you will receive the service request number. On the next business day, a BSNL official will contact you over on your registered number to confirm the new broadband plan. Once you confirm your plan, your new broadband plan will be activated.
